About SWTSG
The SWTSG was started as a local branch of the National Trainee Solicitors' Group (now the Junior Lawyers Division or JLD), and represents law undergraduate and post-graduate students, paralegals, trainee solicitors and qualified solicitors with up to five years' active PQE in the South Wales area.
The aim of the SWTSG is to bring together individuals from varying backgrounds, spheres of legal employment and stages of their career to create a strong community spirit within the profession. By providing a forum for young people to network and make friends, we believe that such a community can enhance the working and learning experience of everyone involved, enriching all of our lives both professionally and personally.
SWTSG Summer Ball 2009
SWTSG is pleased to present its Annual Ball, which will take place on Saturday 18th July at The Hilton, Cardiff.
Venue: Hilton Hotel, Kingsway, Cardiff
Date: Saturday 18th July 2009, 7pm until late
Dress: Strictly black tie
19:00 - 19:30 - Drinks reception
19:30 - Late: Three course meal with wine, followed by speeches and charity raffle. Live music and disco until close
Charity raffle in support of Kidney Research Unit for Wales Foundation.
The Hilton has made rooms available at a discount rate which can be booked using SWTSG's Personalised Online Group.
The ball is open to all Trainee Solicitors, Solicitors with up to 5 years' PQE, Paralegals, Law/LPC Students and future trainees. Wives / husbands / boyfriends / girlfriends are also welcome at the ball.
