Interview feedback and what's next...
Following an interview your feedback (comments, opinions, general impression and reservations), will be sought by your Consultant as will the Clients feedback on you.
It is essential you discuss your feedback with your Consultant so that they are best equipped to represent you when speaking to the Client and can iron out any minor concerns before a possible second interview is arranged, in order to avoid wasting your valuable time and that of the Client.
Your Consultant will inform you of the next stage of the procedure which is likely to be:
- Arranging a second interview
- Reason for non-selection
- Offer
