My client is a leading-edge electric drive system company based in Hampshire. The company is expanding rapidly and is now seeking to recruit a fully qualified European Patent Attorney to handle the company's patent matters.
In addition to patent drafting and prosecution, the role will also require the managing of the company's patent potfolio, which could involve oppositions and licensing work.
The successful candidate is likely to have a degree in physics or significant exposure to the discipline, and will ideally have experience with motor systems. A commercial appreciation of intellectual property rights is essential.
Salary will be largely dependent on experience and will be in the range of £45 - 80k.
