My client, a Cardiff-based Legal 500 and Chambers-rated private practice, is currently recruiting for a qualified solicitor to join its motivated commercial team. The successful applicant will be handling and managing a broad range of contract and commercial files, including the review and drafting of general company contracts. As well as some mergers and acquisitions cases, you must have a broad corporate and commercial knowledge to assist in the development of the department. There is an existing caseload so it is essential you are able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Litigation experience would be a distinct advantage.
