CIVIL / COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR 3 + PQE

My client, a long-established multi-site firm based in south-Wales, is currently seeking an experienced civil/commercial practitioner to facilitate growth and ease the burden on current members of staff owing to high levels of work. The department currently consists of 2 solicitors, 1 paralegal and 2 legal assistants.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow the litigation function of the firm as they see fit, with excellent prospects for career progression. The successful candidate will need to be capable of working with very minimal supervision on a range of matters to include contract disputes, partnership disputes, debt matters, landlord and tenant and other general commercial matters. Experience of working for owners of SMEs is vital, as these form the core of the firm's clients. The role will not encompass Personal Injury work.
