Commercial / Property Litigation Solicitor 2 - 5 PQE

My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-rated firm based in Wiltshire. They are currently seeking a commercial litigation solicitor to join their team.
The successful applicant will need to have had significant experience of property litigation as well as general commercial litigation. A working knowledge of as many of the following areas as possible will also be required:
- Landlord & Tenant Law
- Contentious matters affecting property (e.g. nuisance, trespass, restrictive covenants etc.)
- Property related professional negligence
- Civil Procedure
- Advocacy
- Possession proceedings (residential & commercial)
- Insolvency/Debt Collection
- Commercial Disputes - breach of warranty, partnership, director disputes etc.
- ADR
You will need to be a team player with an ability to assist in the marketing of the firm and to represent it at networking events. You will also need a high degree of technical ability in order to maintain the firm's high standards of excellence.
