PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR 2 + PQE

£40,000 + (DOE) PLUS PACKAGE
My client is a top flight law firm based in Cardiff with offices nationwide. Their Property Litigation team comprises of over 30 lawyers based in each of the firms offices. They provide quick, practical and cost effective litigation and contentious property advice in line with the demands of their clients and have built a strong profile in their ability to offer strategic advice in core areas including property management services, resolution of disputes between commercial landlords and tenants, possession claims, renewal of leases and the resolution of disputes relating to the acquisition and development of commercial property.
They currently have an opportunity for a solicitor to join the Cardiff team, with the successful applicant being required to cover all aspects of Property Litigation and contribute proactively to business development activity with internal and external markets. In exchange for your skills and experience, excellent technical training and development will be provided.
To be successful you will have a strong academic background with good training and post qualification experience in litigation, ideally within property and including resolution of disputes between commercial landlords and tenants, possession claims and renewals of leases. You will need to be a team player, proactive and client focussed, as well as a good communicator with a practical approach to your workload.
