MULTI TRACK PI SOLICITOR 3 - 7 PQE

My client is a new generation law firm, providing personal and business focused legal solutions from their head office in the heart of Cardiff. Having seen almost exponential growth in recent years, they are now seeking to recruit solicitors to profitably manage a claimant multi track personal injury case load.
Successful applicants will also be required to assist with training and development of junior members of their team as appropriate.
Essential Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive OR at least 5 years experience of personal injury claims in a Solicitors or Insurance environment
- In depth knowledge of Personal Injury liability, quantum issues and litigation matters.
- A willingness to keep up to date with legal developments
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Effective people skills - good mentoring and training skills
- Ability to work to targets
- IT Literate
