PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITORS 2 PQE +
SOUTH WALES
£35,000 + (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE)
A leading practice in South Wales is currently looking for solicitors to join its Professional Negligence team. The role will involve pursuing professional negligence and fraud claims on behalf of residential lenders against valuers and solicitors.
The emphasis of the role is on complex problem solving and litigation for very demanding repeat clients. The work is intellectually challenging but focused on a discrete sector so a high degree of expertise can be developed.
You will require strong academic ability, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A solid grasp of litigation procedure and practice is essential.
You must have a high level of technical competence in litigation practice and procedure coupled with excellent communication and written skills.
You will be able to work under pressure and manage and run a large caseload of complex cases.
