EXPERIENCED EMPLOYMENT LAW LITIGATOR

£DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
Due to expansion of my client's Employment department in Leeds, they are currently looking for an experienced Employment Litigator to work as part of a team of solicitors and paralegals.
The ideal candidate will be someone already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation. You will have at least 1 to 2 years experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload.
You will be required to undertake a purely contentious employment caseload, acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages and the full range of discrimination claims.
We are looking for an effective communicator with common sense, good organisational and PC skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
You will hold a Law degree and LPC/BVC or other relevant qualification
