My client is a leading insurance-based law firm with offices in South Wales. They enjoy an enviable reputation within the Insurance sector, acting on behalf of a wide range of 'house-hold name' insurers. They are currently looking for an experienced credit hire fee earner (solicitor/legal executive or paralegal) to join their continually expanding team.
The key focus of the role is to pursue settlement of files as soon as practically possible, whilst ensuring client guidelines are followed. As such a solid background in Personal Injury, preferably on the defendant side, would be desirable.
- You will ideally be a Credit Hire Fee Earner currently.
- You will enjoy litigation and the challenge of pursuing claims to settlement.
- You will have experience of working within a Legal Private Practice environment.
- You will have ties to South Wales or be able to get there via commuting.
- You will be highly organised and able to handle a high volume of work.
The successful candidate will be someone who shares the passion, drive and enthusiasm to make this team become a market leader in dealing with credit hire cases.
