EXPERIENCED EMPLOYMENT LITIGATOR 1PQE + OR ILEX EQUIVALENT

My client is a multi-site national firm with offices in Bristol. They are looking for an experienced employment law litigator to work as part of a team of solicitors and paralegals in their Bristol office.
You will be required to undertake a purely contentious employment caseload, acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages and the full range of discrimination claims.
Essential skills and competencies:
Effective communicator with common sense, good organisational and PC skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Experience
The ideal candidate will be someone already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation, who has at least a year's experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload.
