INDUSTRIAL DISEASE SOLICITORS 2 - 5 PQE

£44,000 - £52,000 (PLUS PACKAGE, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)
My client is a modern, full-service regional law firm with offices in the heart of the Thames Valley. Clients include a variety of the UK and Europe's top businesses and high net worth individuals. The firm is both Legal 500 and Chambers rated across over 30 practice areas and the industrial disease team currently consists of 2 Partners, 6 Solicitors, 3 Paralegals, a law costs draftsman and 5 secretaries.
Due to continued growth they looking to recruit up to additional lawyers for their industrial disease team. All candidates MUST have some level of experience with fatal cases (ideally asbestos related) and have worked on behalf of claimants.
Other essential experience includes:
- A proven track record within industrial disease work
- A proven track record dealing with fatal injury cases
- A minimum of 1 year experience dealing with high value asbestos related work
- Experience of running own case load with a proven track record of outstanding client care and cost performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
