My client is a private sector organisation that provides specialised HR/employment law advice and representation to a variety of business. To facilitate their continued growth they are currently looking for an employment law solicitor to join their South Wales-based team.
This is a truly unique in-house role in which you will have the opportunity to provide employment law advice via a dedicated employment law advice line to a variety of corporate clients on the full range of HR and employment issues as well as providing litigation support and tribunal representation for large corporate and commercial clients under supervision of the head of department.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have recently qualified as a solicitor with some exposure to employment law, ideally having completed a seat of employment law during their training contract. lf you have provided HR/Employment Law advice previously this would be an advantage, although full training will be provided. It is essential that you have a passion to practice employment law and that you are a confident and persuasive advocate.
