EXPERIENCED EMPLOYMENT LITIGATOR
WEST MIDLANDS
£DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
My client is a multi-site national firm with offices throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced employment law litigator to work as part of a team of solicitors and paralegals in their West Midlands office.
You will be required to undertake a purely contentious employment law caseload, acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages, and the full range of discrimination claims.
Essential skills and competencies:
Effective communicator with common sense, good organisational and PC skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will be someone already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation, who has 2 - 4 years of experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload, though applicants who can demonstrate the relevant experience that fall outside this bracket will be considered.
Qualifications:
Solicitor/ILEX or relevant other
