LEGAL COSTS NEGOTIATOR
CARDIFF
£25,000 - £30,000 (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)
My client is seeking an experienced costs negotiator to join their team.
You will be required to negotiate fast track and multi track costs up to a designated value on RTA / EL / PL matters.
It is important that the successful applicant can quickly review files and formulate initial costs strategy, commence early telephone negotiations and liaise with 3rd parties confidently and authoritatively where necessary.
The role will involve dealing with litigated matters of a more complex nature which have been allocated to the multi-track and may involve attending detailed assessment hearings, drafting formal bills of costs and negotiating the recovery of the firm's own costs.
